Helix Jewels imports and resells a curated selection of jewelry items. We strive to ensure that all products listed on our website are in stock. However, in rare cases, discrepancies may occur. If an item you ordered is out of stock, we will notify you promptly and offer either a suitable replacement or a full refund.

All prices are listed in South African Rand (ZAR) and include applicable taxes. Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

4. Orders

By placing an order on our website, you agree to provide accurate and complete information. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including but not limited to product availability, errors in product or pricing information, or suspected fraudulent activity.

5. Shipping and Delivery

  • Courier Service: We use The Courier Guy for all deliveries within South Africa.

  • Delivery Time: We offer overnight shipping for orders placed and paid before 14:00 PM on business days. Orders placed after this time will be processed the next business day.

  • Shipping Fees: Shipping is free for orders over R1,000. For orders under R1,000, a standard shipping fee will apply, calculated at checkout.

  • Delivery Areas: We deliver to all areas within South Africa. Delivery times to remote or outlying areas may vary.

6. Returns and Refunds

We accept returns for items that are defective or damaged upon receipt. To initiate a return, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. The item must be unused and in its original packaging. Upon receiving the returned item, we will inspect it and process a refund or replacement as appropriate.

Please note that we do not accept returns for items due to incorrect sizing. If you are unsure about sizing, please contact us before placing your order.

7. Product Availability

While we aim to keep our website updated with current stock levels, there may be instances where an item becomes unavailable after you have placed an order. In such cases, we will notify you promptly and offer a replacement item or a full refund.

If you are uncertain about the size of a particular item, we encourage you to contact us before making a purchase. Our team is available to assist you in selecting the appropriate size.

9. Limitation of Liability

Helix Jewels shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the item in question.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of South Africa.
