Shipping Policy

Courier Service
We ship via The Courier Guy and offer overnight delivery across South Africa for orders placed or paid  before 14:00 PM on business days.

Shipping Costs

• Free shipping for orders over R1 000.

• For orders under R1 000, shipping charges apply per checkout.

Processing & Delivery

• Orders processed Mon–Fri; orders received or paid after 14:00 PM are shipped next business day.

• Delivery times are typically overnight, excluding weekends and public holidays.

• Remote or rural locations may take an extra day.

Packaging

• Each item is securely wrapped (plastic pouch or tissue), placed in branded packaging, then cushioned in a protective box or envelope.

Returns & Refunds Policy

Eligibility

• Eligible only for items that arrive defective, damaged, or incorrect.

• Claim window: within 7 days of delivery. 

Condition
Items must be unused, in original packaging, with tags and value certificates intact.

Process

1. Contact us within 7 days with order details and a photo of the issue.

2. Return via The Courier Guy; we’re not liable for lost or improperly packaged returns.

3. Upon verification, you'll receive a refund or replacement .

4. Free shipping promotions may be prorated if the return invalidates the original offer.

Exclusions

• No refunds or exchanges for size-related dissatisfaction—please consult us before ordering.

• Custom or resized pieces are not eligible for refunds.
